Ugly is the new
beautiful
In this project I had to choose a certain city or a person and then to create a visual language for a company, inspired by my choice.
I've chosen the city of Los Angeles for American apparel and created this "beautiful ugly" visual language and typography which is talking about the fake people and beauty of Hollywood.
The letters and shapes are pealing like a mask, so you can see the flaws.
